Content Policy

Your output

Images you generate are yours to use, including commercially, subject to our Terms of Service, this policy, and the terms of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for how you use the images you create.

Prohibited content

You may not use gramatic to create, request, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting real identifiable people without consent.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence or serious harm against people.
• Content created to harass, bully, defame, or threaten a specific individual.
• Deceptive content intended to defraud, including counterfeit documents, currency, or impersonation designed to mislead.
• Realistic depictions of real public figures presented as genuine in a misleading way (harmful deepfakes).
• Content that infringes intellectual-property rights you do not hold.
• Other content prohibited by applicable law or by the model providers powering a given model.

Prompt screening

We apply automated screening to prompts and may block submissions that appear to violate this policy. Screening is imperfect: a blocked prompt is not an accusation, and an allowed prompt is not an endorsement. You remain responsible for complying with this policy regardless of whether a prompt passes screening.

Labelling and provenance

Where you publish AI-generated images, we encourage clear labelling. You must not strip or falsify provenance information with the intent to deceive.

Enforcement and reporting

Violations may result in removal of content, suspension of generation, revocation of API keys, or account termination, consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy. To report a concern, contact support@gramati.cc.
