Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not permitted on gramatic. It supplements our Terms of Service and Content Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

You may not

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others, including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights.
  • Generate content prohibited by our Content Policy.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with safety filters, rate limits, billing, or other protective measures.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach or circumvent any authentication or security controls.
  • Access the service through automated means in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or resell, sublicense, or redistribute access in a manner not permitted by your plan.
  • Use the service to build a competing dataset or model by systematically extracting outputs at scale.
  • Misrepresent the source of content, impersonate others, or remove or falsify provenance information.

API and automation

When using the API, you must keep your keys confidential, respect rate limits, and ensure downstream uses of the images comply with this policy and our Content Policy. You are responsible for everything done with your keys.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including removing content, suspending generation, revoking API keys, or terminating accounts. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
